Food Distribution in Houston
LULAC Young Adult Council #4284 helped distribute food to over 250 households with the Houston Food Bank.
OUT Healthy Fair 2013
LULAC Rainbow Council 4871 will be participating in the annual OUT Healthy Fair! Screenings will be provided for chest/breast cancer, lung cancer, and skin cancer along with genetic factors testing and information about smoking cessation, diabetes, and nutrition.

Press Conference with President Obama
LULAC DC was well represented at the White House where President Obama spoke about the Affordable Care Act and how it is helping 41 million people live healthier.
Our Young Adult's President,Yesenia Flores, stood behind the President as he delivered his remarks.
Our DOL (Department of Labor) Council was well represented by President Bruce Anderson and Amy Chen and Nora Herandez.
Healthy Relationship Event
LULAC Council 4244 will be hosting a breakfast and relationship coaching session.This free coaching morning will give you the communication tools to build vibrant connections with the men in your life. You can learn to open the heart of your mate, win the trust of your business associates, and protect the aliveness of your sons. You will learn how to win individuals protective warrior nature over to your side. You will also bond deeply with your women friends and/or family members who are equally committed to unraveling the knots that can occur between the sexes. This event is for women that really want to connect with the people in their lives.
