I decided to show my thanks and gratitude this holiday season by giving a donation to the League of United Latin American Citizens. I would encourage you to donate to LULAC as well and learn about their exciting programs empowering Hispanic families with the resources they need to achieve their dreams.
Through LULAC’s network of 880 councils, 60 community technology centers, 17 LULAC National Educational Service Centers and 135,000 community members like you they have successfully:
- Empowered 3,500 Latino families with training to help them keep their homes and survive the tough economy;
- Provided job training and English classes to 150,000 Latinos through our community technology centers;
- Distributed 1 million pounds of protein to Latino families through food banks and thousands of hours of volunteer service.
As we work together to build a strong foundation for the Latino community, your time and support will help LULAC continue life-changing community programs.
