Please provide all the information requested. The event is open to the general public and 10,000 participants are expected to attend the health exposition (weather dictates final attendance). Exhibit registration cut-off is October 4, 2019.

The XIX Binational Health Fair at Mountain View College in Dallas, Texas.on Saturday, October 19, 2019 will take place from 8:00 a.m. ‐ 3:00 p.m. in the Mountain View College in Dallas, TX. Exhibit set-up will begin at 7:00 am

All exhibitors receive one table and two chairs

LULAC reserves the right to establish rules that may be required to guarantee the safety and appearance of the exhibit area. All exhibit activities must follow the rules set by the site.
