Description

The Washington Youth Leadership Seminar (WYLS) is LNESC’s annual leadership development program that brings together approximately 70-75 future rising Latino leaders from across the U.S. and Puerto Rico to Washington, DC and immerses them in a specific public policy area.
Application deadline is Monday, August 27, 2018. Note: Applicants must be sponsored by an LNESC Center or LULAC Council to be considered for the program.
