Description
The FTI's goal is to transfer knowledge from experienced leaders to those in public service and corporate employees interested in leadership roles. It also looks to create a pipeline for the leaders of tomorrow by providing a wide range of training. The training is consistent with OPM's leadership core qualifications and follows the blueprint for leading people, change, building coalitions, business acumen, and being results-driven. Attending the training provides knowledge for all government employees and those interested in pursuing a federal career.
