Position Description: Oversee Front Desk activity; greet all visitors, while operating multi-line telephone system to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls for a variety of audiences ranging from the public to high-level officials. Also responsible for ordering office supplies, setting up meetings and sorting incoming and outgoing mail.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Answers inquiries from the public and refers them to appropriate resources using organizations website, internet, and local membership councils
• Greet visitors, log them in and out of the facility, and escort to contact visitor
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Place catering orders for meetings
• Tracks, maintains and orders office supplies as directed
• Assist with booking travel reservations
• Undertake other assignments as requested by management

Qualifications: US Citizen or Permanent Resident Required

Minimum one year experience in business office setting. A minimum of a high school diploma/GED, Technical/Vocational Business Diploma, or community college. Additional related work experience can be substituted for education.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and Spanish
• Detailed oriented
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
• Expierence with multiline phone systems

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Position Details: Full-time; approximately 40 hours per week
Salary: Commensurate with e experience. One year or less e experience: $16.00 /hour Two-year e experience :$17.50/hour Three -years plus experience: $19.50/hour
