Yingting Ding is a Research and Policy Intern at LULAC's National Office in Washington, D.C. Originally from Shanghai, China, she is pursuing a double major in International Relations and Economics at the University of California, San Diego. Her academic background includes game theory, defense strategy, and U.S. diplomacy, complemented by hands-on experience in data analysis and policy research as a research assistant. Yingting is deeply committed to understanding global economic dynamics and their impact on marginalized communities. For nearly a decade, she has organized volunteer activities in nursing homes, demonstrating her dedication to social responsibility. In her free time, Yingting enjoys exploring new cultures through travel and has a passion for the world’s diverse flora and fauna. An expert in ping-pong and jazz dance, she is excited to contribute to LULAC’s mission and eager to grow alongside her colleagues.
