Brianna Mijangos

Brianna Mijangos is from Van Nuys, California, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Child and Adolescent Development at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Her professional experience began in customer service before transitioning into education as an instructional aide, where she supported high school students in the English Learner program. Now, as a Policy and Legislation Fellow at LULAC, she conducts research and advocacy efforts on policies related to education, immigration, healthcare, and other critical issues affecting Latino communities.She is an active volunteer at her church and is deeply committed to community service. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, listening to music, and spending time in nature, as well as with family and friends.
