Kimberly Hernandez

Kimberly Hernandez is serving as a Research and Policy Fellow at LULAC’s National Office in Washington, D.C. in the fall of 2025. Originally from Santa Ana, California, she is a first-generation college student and a junior at the University of Notre Dame, where she is studying Political Science and participating in the Hesburgh Program in Public Service. Kimberly is especially passionate about civil rights, immigrant advocacy, and protecting democracy. She plans to attend law school and pursue a career as an immigration lawyer, with the goal of defending and uplifting immigrant communities.
