The LULAC Federal Training Institute Partnership (FTIP) is a Public Non-Profit Partnership with Federal Agencies and the League of United Latin American Citizens. The FTIP was created May 2013 by LULAC and cadre of Federal employees who have served or are currently serving in Federal leadership positions. It engages employees throughout the Federal government.

USAID seeks highly diverse candidates to fill these internship positions.
Students must submit the following documents for the identified positions below. Since there are multiple vacancies at various grade levels(GS-1-11), a statement of interest is required to identify an applicant's job preference.
• Resume showing relevant experience
• Recent Transcript
• Statement of Interest
• Copy of most recent SF-50 (Notice of Personnel Action) if applicable
• Supporting documentation if applying under any of the special hiring authorities such as DD-214 or Schedule A(u)
