Pre-registration

Pre-registration is open through June 20, 2024. After June 20, participants must register on-site.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations will be accepted in writing through May 31, 2024; After May 31, 2024, registrations are non-refund-able. Refunds will be issued after the convention.

Corporate and FTI participants must purchase the full package.

Please advise us by May 31 if you require special accommodations.

Early Bird Discount

Individuals purchasing full registrations will receive a $25 discount if they pay in full by 05/31/24. FTI and Corporate packages include registration, seminars, meals, and all events. Packages do not include Friday Breakfast.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash, check or major credit card. For pre-registration, mail completed registration form along with check payable to 2024 LULAC National Convention or credit card information to the LULAC National Office (see below). Credit card orders accepted by fax. There is a $25.00 handling fee for all returned checks.
