Pre-registration
Pre-registration is open through July 18, 2025. After July 18, participants must register on-site.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellations will be accepted in writing through June 30, 2025; After June 30, registrations are non-refund-able. Refunds will be issued after the convention.
Corporate participants must purchase the full package.
Please advise us by June 30 if you require special accommodations.
Early Bird Discount
Individuals purchasing packages will receive a $25 discount if they pay in full by 06/30/25.
Payment
Payment can be made by cash, check or major credit card. For pre-registration, mail completed registration form along with check payable to 2025 LULAC National Convention or credit card information to the LULAC National Office (see below). Credit card orders accepted by fax. There is a $25.00 handling fee for all returned checks.
