Yvette Moran is a seasoned nonprofit and public service leader with over 20 years of experience in quality assurance, contract management, and human services. Based in San Antonio, she currently serves as Vice President of Quality Assurance and Contracts at SJRC Texas, where she leads agency-wide efforts in partnership development, compliance oversight, and strategic improvement. Her previous roles include Senior QA and Contract Specialist at The Children’s Shelter and Residential Contract Manager at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), where she ensured program integrity and service quality for residential childcare providers.
Yvette’s extensive public sector background also includes work as an Accountant II at DFPS and Management Analyst for Bexar County. In these roles, she managed high-value financial accounts, conducted audits, wrote grants, and monitored nonprofit contracts for youth and senior programs. She began her leadership path as Director of Administration at Mujeres Unidas Contra El SIDA and held early roles in quality control at San Antonio Lighthouse, where she supported ISO certification and created accessible tools for visually impaired employees.
In addition to her professional achievements, Yvette is actively engaged in community service. She serves as President of her local LULAC council, is a court-appointed guardian through Catholic Charities, and volunteers in religious education and civic engagement across Bexar County. A biology student at Our Lady of the Lake University, Yvette remains deeply committed to advancing equity and strengthening systems that support vulnerable communities.
