Laura Linda Escalante

Laura Linda Escalante is a dynamic and award-winning entertainer whose artistic journey spans Country, Tejano, and Regional Mexican music. Her early career included touring with country legends such as Mark Chesnutt, Tim McGraw, Restless Heart, and Pam Tillis, laying the foundation for a versatile and evolving musical path. Transitioning into Tejano music, she quickly became a staple on major stages and television, performing alongside iconic genre artists.

In 2023, Laura Linda’s crossover into Regional Mexican music was marked by the release of Ni Un Tequila and Cuidarte El Alma, earning her widespread acclaim. That same year, she was named Best Female Entertainer of the Year by the All Star Music Awards and honored as Socialite of the Year by San Antonio Monthly Magazine, highlighting both her artistic impact and community presence.

Beyond the stage, Laura Linda is deeply rooted in service and education. She formerly directed the Dallas Sunset High School Bisonette Drill Team and founded the Cervera Dance Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas at Dallas.

A proud wife and mother, Laura Linda draws strength from her family—her husband Luis Escalante, Jr., daughter Gianna Sky, and her parents Dorothy and Frank Cervera, Sr., along with her sister Rosie Cervera. Guided by faith and fueled by the loyalty of her fans, she continues to inspire through her resilience, talent, and dedication to community and culture.
