Pastor Asia Clermont is a dynamic leader, motivational speaker, and seasoned executive with over two decades of diversified management experience across the religious, corporate telecommunications, healthcare, education, social service, wellness, and coaching industries. She currently serves as the Florida State Director for the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), where she leads advocacy efforts focused on equity, empowerment, and community advancement throughout the state.

She is the founder and CEO of Agape Gem Care, a licensed home health agency serving Pinellas and Pasco Counties, and the Senior Pastor and founder of Church El Olam. As a certified life coach, teacher, and speaker, Pastor Clermont integrates spiritual, mental, and physical principles into her work, helping individuals and organizations overcome internal barriers and reach their highest potential. Her signature message—“Dare to be You”—inspires others to lead with authenticity and purpose.

Pastor Clermont has held a range of leadership positions, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and continues to advise executive teams through strategic training and coaching. She is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker; a Certified Professional Life Coach (Orange County, Florida); a Certified Mental Health Target Case Manager accredited by the State of Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA); and a nationally and internationally licensed and certified pastor. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Pastor Clermont remains deeply engaged in grassroots and nonprofit initiatives, serving as a committed advocate for health equity, social justice, and spiritual development across Florida and beyond.
