General Information

Pre-registration

Pre-registration is open through July 31, 2025. After July 31, participants must register on-site.

Corporate participants must purchase the full package.

Please advise us by July 31 if you require special accommodations.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations will be accepted in writing through July 31, 2025; After July 31, registrations are non-refund-able. Refunds will be issued after the convention.

Early Bird Discount Extended

Individuals purchasing packages will receive a $25 discount if they pay in full by 07/18/25.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash, check or major credit card. For pre-registration, mail completed registration form along with check payable to 2025 LULAC National Convention or credit card information to the LULAC National Office (see below). Credit card orders accepted by fax. There is a $25.00 handling fee for all returned checks.
