Throughout her life as a Latina Small Business Owner, she’s been a passionate advocate for equity in education and technology and has contributed to the empowerment of Latinx communities and The workforce. One of her professional highlights is having received the prestigious Small Business Person of the Year Award from the U.S. Small Business Administration in the White House (President Clinton). For most of her career, she has dedicated significant time as a volunteer board member, on a state and national level, with the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), the oldest and largest civil rights national organization for Latinos. She is a Visionary leader that has a futurist impact set up for success to her Stakeholders and clients.
Mrs. Sanchez-Crozier’s passion for education began at an early age of eight, as an immigrant from Mexico and the first in her family to go to college. After graduating from high school, she received a degree in Accounting from Dominican University and worked as a CPA in various corporations, including McDonald’s, Kraft, and Deloitte and Touche before starting her business. With an entrepreneurial spirit, and life experiences as an immigrant striving to achieve the American Dream, in 1988 she launched her business as the founder of Computer Services and Consulting (CSandC, 1988) known today as CSC Consulting Group.
As a personal background, she grew up in Summit, IL, and currently lives in Willow Springs, IL with husband, Terry Crozier, who serves as the CFO of their company. They have two sons, Alex, and Julian.
