2022 Emerge Conference
Description
Emerge is a multi-day leadership conference for young professional Latinos and collegiate students in the United States and Puerto Rico taking place in Washington, DC and virtually this year. Every year, Emerge brings together a diverse group of college students and young professional Latinos to provide them with public policy briefings on health, education, and immigration.
During this year’s day and a half event, attendees will receive training in civic engagement, advocacy, and professional development. Participants will also have the opportunity to build a national network and explore job opportunities in the corporate, non-profit, non-traditional, and government spaces during our career fair. Additionally, attendees will be able to give back to area youth through a robust volunteer event where they are able to share experiences and mentor students.
Overall, your experience throughout the Emerge Latino Conference aims to transform your lives with professional opportunities and make a direct impact in your own community through the national network you get to build.
