Rosa Rosales

48th LULAC National President

Rosa Rosales is the 48th LULAC National President. Rosa was first elected on July 1, 2006, and she served until 2010.

As a member, Rosa has been involved with the organization for over three decades. She has served in many roles, including most recently, National Vice President for the Southwest. She was re-elected to a record-breaking fourth term, she served for four years as LULAC Texas State Director, and she was the first woman district director for District 15--the largest district in the nation.
