Doris Alcivar

Doris Alcivar, Ed.D. is an Assistant Director of Employer Relations at the University of Central Florida, Career Services. Doris works with employers looking to connect with the institution and its students. She assists with the planning and implementation of events and presents employability workshops to students. Doris has spent her career in higher education and has held a variety of positions at New York University and Passaic County Community College. She has served as Assistant Director of the MS in Publishing program, Director of Student Activities, Assistant Director of Student Services and Student Services Counselor. Doris holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Rutgers University, a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from NYU Steinhardt, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, Higher Education, from UCF.
