Faith Rynda

Associate Director for Candidate Recruitment Office of Presidential Personnel, The White House

Carolina Faith Rynda currently serves as Associate Director for Candidate Recruitment in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel. Previously, she served as Public Engagement Coordinator in the Office of Public Engagement, where she worked on outreach to civil rights coalition groups. Before her time at the White House, she was a Project Management and Research Consultant for a movement-building firm supporting national youth and reproductive justice organizations, and worked as a Finance Assistant during a Texas Congressional campaign. Faith also founded the Dublin Inclusion Project—an initiative working to advance racial justice, equity, and accountability across public institutions in her hometown. She is a proud Congressional Black Caucus Foundation alum and graduated from Boston University with honors.
