Lisette Perez

Lisette Perez, a member of the National Environmental Youth Advisory Council and a Chicago native from the South Side, has faced environmental challenges firsthand. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Sciences & Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia, specializing in Environmental Education and Human Dimensions of Conservation. Lisette is passionate about environmental education and justice.
As a Region Program Assistant at the Field Museum in Chicago, she worked to engage diverse communities, share environmental knowledge, and foster positive change. Lisette continues her work to engage diverse communities, demonstrating her dedication to making a lasting impact by promoting social and environmental progress.
