Caroline is a Latina immigrant from Mexico and a first-generation college graduate. She is the CEO & Founder of CSC Consulting Group (CSC), leading the company in strategic direction and growth for the last 34 years. Caroline is a sought-after and well-respected thought leader, often referred to as a “unicorn” for her disruptive thinking and actions.

She is one of the early adopters in her field, with Apple as the first strategic partner/client. Her company, CSC, is a valued partner and IT service provider with a team of Cisco-certified network engineers, to long-standing clients, including the Chicago Public Schools, the 3rd largest school system in the U.S., with an unmatched customer service approach.

While CSC continues to grow, her new journey is another entrepreneurship venture, this time in the nonprofit world, Latinx Digital Leaders Now (DLN). DLN is an organization dedicated to increasing digital equity in Latino schools, workspaces, and communities. Caroline joined a movement led by Latino leaders to grow future tech professionals and entrepreneurs by innovating and inspiring them to aspire.
