Mariana Adame

Mariana Adame currently serves as Special Assistant to the President in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel where she leads Congressional outreach, external partner engagement, and candidate recruitment for political appointments across the Biden-Harris Administration. Previously, she served as Advisor to the Counselor to the President in the Office of the Chief of Staff. Prior to her time at the White House, Mariana held several roles on Capitol Hill including Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director to then-Congressman Filemon Vela, and Professional Staff Member for the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and her master’s degree from the London School of Economics. Originally from South Texas, Mariana now resides in Washington, DC with her husband and dog.
