Subject: Proposed Constitutional Amendments
The following amendments to the LULAC National Constitution have been submitted in accordance to Article XIV, Section 2 for consideration and vote at the 2023 LULAC National Convention to be held August 3-5, 2023, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I would like to give special thanks to LULAC National Parliamentarian Ray Mancera for chairing the amendments committee, collecting the amendments, and preparing them to be sent to the councils.
