Presenting Sponsor Level—$50,000
The conference will be “presented by” in an all marketing materials and event website. Opportunity to provide brief remarks at all official conference events and ribbon cutting. Priority Seating at Five Tables of Ten. Full page ad in back cover or inside front cover or two full page color ads in program book. Diamond Level—$25,000 Priority Seating at Three Tables of Ten. Recognition of Corporate Sponsor at the Luncheon. Emerald Level—$20,000 Priority Seating at Two Tables of Ten. Recognition of Corporate Sponsor at the Luncheon, Full Page full color Ad, Logo on LULAC Women’s Conference website, VIP Meet and Greet, Hospitality Photo-Op, five corporate representatives at Welcome Reception and five full registrations.
Ruby Level—$15,000 Seating at One Table of Ten. LULAC Women’s Conference website, a VIP Meet and Greet Hospitality Photo-Op, three corporate representatives at Welcome Reception and three full registrations.
Pearl Level—$10,000 One Table of Ten at the Luncheon. Recognition of Corporate Sponsor at the Luncheon, ½ page full color Ad in program book, logo on LULAC Women’s Conference website, two corporate representatives at Welcome Reception and two full registrations.
Sapphire Level- $5,000 This level entitles the Sponsor to five seats. Recognition of Corporate Sponsor at the Luncheon, ½ page full color Ad in program book, logo on LULAC Women’s Conference website, one corporate representative at Welcome Reception and one full registration.

You are invited to exhibit at the 2016 LULAC National Women’s Conference Latina Expo. Exhibit set up starts on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 1:00 pm. The Latina Expo is open on Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Payment in full of $300 per space is required with this Agreement. Purchase orders for State/Federal Agencies will be accepted and payment must be made upon receipt of invoice. NOTE: Space assignments are based upon the order in which companies or agencies become Exhibitors. Preference will be given to major corporate sponsors, per agreement. Exhibitors receive a listing in the Program Book, an I.D. Sign, a Table and Two Chairs, Name Tags (please provide names), 1 ticket to the Welcome Reception on Friday and 1 ticket to the Luncheon on Saturday.

“The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its owners, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims”. LULAC Exposition Coordinators reserve the right to establish rules that may be required to guarantee the safety and appearance of the conference exhibit area. Additional services such as electricity and/or internet access available at additional cost and requires advanced notice.
