Nation’s Oldest & Largest Latino Civil Rights Organization Hosts Town Hall with Telemundo and Democratic Presidential Candidates to Address Latino Issues for the Nearly Half a Million Eligible Latino Voters in Nevada

Las Vegas, Nevada – The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) is hosting a Presidential Town Hall with Democratic presidential candidates on Thursday, February 13, 2020. The Presidential Town Hall will take place ahead of early voting in the February 22nd Nevada caucus in an effort to boost Latino turnout and give the community an opportunity to hear directly from the candidates.

Currently, there are nearly half a million eligible Hispanic voters in the Silver State out of nearly 1.6 million total active registered voters. This event will provide an opportunity for the powerful Latino electorate in Nevada to hear directly from the candidates on important issues pertaining to the Latino community, including healthcare, economic security, immigration and other topics key to the state of Nevada.
