LULAC Events


Emerge is a multi-day leadership conference for Latinos in the United States located in Washington D.C. It brings together a diverse group of college students and young professional Latinos from across the country to provide them with public policy briefings on health, education, and immigration.

The LULAC National State of Latino America Summit and National Legislative Awards Gala is a one day conference and dinner which highlights critical legislative issues affecting Hispanic Americans and recognizes key leaders who have served the Hispanic community well.

WeRun is a one day conference where we empower, provide the tools, and help young Latinos and communities of color launch their political career. Women’s Conference is a two-day conference that will focus on the political and social challenges that affect women all throughout the nation. It will also highlight Latinas’ accomplishments in public service and will feature personal stories of women who have overcome adversity. This conference gathers distinguished leaders and issue experts to lead plenaries on women’s empowerment, leadership, health, and mobilization within the workforce.


As the premier Hispanic convention, the LULAC National Convention and Exposition draws over 15,000 participants from across the country each year including top leaders from the government, business, and the Latino community.


Latinos Living Healthy Feria de Salud is an annual health fair that draws nearly 10,000 people each year. It motivates families to become physically active and make healthier life choices in an effort to fight the obesity epidemic and address other health disparities faced by Latinos nationwide.
