Graduating from the University of Arizona in Political Science in 1996, she later pursued International and Comparative Law at the University of San Diego Law School, studying in Paris and Florence in 2002, before earning her Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

Her professional endeavors extend beyond legal practice to passionate advocacy. As a member of organizations like the New Mexico Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Claudia's activism resonates within the Arizona community. She's deeply involved in educational forums, offering guidance on immigration laws like SB1070 and participating in DACA Fairs.
