Conexiones Student & Parent Portal

Conexiones provides students with basic computer skills and explores how to navigate the internet in a safe and ethical way while developing their digital skills. Students will build the skills necessary to become more attractive potential employees in an ever changing technology landscape and job market.

The following section contains important forms for students participating in the Conexiones program.

  • Media Release Form: All students must complete and submit a signed media release form with their parent's consent to their program coordinator.
  • Student Entry Survey: All students must complete this form.
  • Student Spotlight: Selected students are invited to complete this form to share their incredible dreams, goals, and achievements.
  • Student Exit Survey: All students must complete this form.
