Considering COVID-19 has dramatically changed our ways of working and accelerated the need for digital transformation, virtual learning has become the salvation platform for minorities, especially Latinas. Dr. Deborah Streeter, Cornell University Professor, will provide guidance and tools to empower Latinas with real life knowledge. The sea of learning afforded by digital learning and innovation development through virtual course offerings is examined to ensure Latinas embrace change and transformation as personal investment that would potentially enhance their revenue and lifestyle.
