Birthright citizenship has been settled law for more than 150 years. It is a core part of American democracy and has shaped the lives of immigrant families across the country. As the Trump administration seeks to overturn it in Barbara v. Trump, join us outside the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, DC. We will make our voices heard outside the hearing while our litigators make the case inside.
Expect protest to last approximately 2-3 hours
Participants will need to cover their own transportation and lodging.
