Adileimy Arely Vicente Rodas is a Spring 2026 Research Fellow at the LULAC national office in Washington, D.C. She was born in Guatemala and later moved to the United States, where she grew up in San Rafael, California. She is a fourth-year student at the University of California, Santa Cruz, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Politics with a minor in Latin American and Latino Studies. She has two years of experience working as a residential assistant on campus, where she supported and mentored her peers. She has also worked at Ganjoo Law Corporation and Bueno Law Corporation, immigration law firms in the Bay Area that serve the Latino community. Through this work, she has developed a strong commitment to immigrant advocacy. As an immigrant herself, Adileimy is passionate about immigration and civil rights. She plans to attend law school and pursue a career as an immigration or civil rights attorney, advocating for her community and giving back.
