Organize a Wallet Wise Financial Literacy Training!

Wallet Wise Financial Literacy Classes Provide Stipend of $400

The following states are eligible: AZ, CA, CO, GA, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX, UT, DC, and WI.

In partnership with Ally Financial, LULAC National is offering the Wallet Wise program to develop financial literacy in your area. Participating councils will receive a $400 stipend for coordinating a class.

Follow these four easy steps to conduct a Wallet Wise class:

  1. Participate in the Train the Trainer Session on July 24th to learn how to host a financial literacy class
  2. Organize a Wallet Wise session in your community by recruiting 30 community members and teach them about one of these three topics: Budget, Banking and Investment, or Credit
  3. Complete the simple surveys and send back to Elena Segura at the LULAC National office
  4. RECEIVE $400 towards your LULAC Council!
