Chief Executive Officer, LULAC

Juan Proaño

Juan Proaño is the Chief Executive Officer of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), a visionary entrepreneur, and a pioneering technologist dedicated to the digital and civic empowerment of underrepresented communities. Based between Miami and Washington D.C., Proaño’s career-long commitment to social impact began with the co-founding of Plus Three, leading to the generation of over $500 million in online fundraising for major nonprofit and political organizations. A graduate of BMCC and participant in the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative, he leverages his deep technical expertise to amplify LULAC's national advocacy and bridge the gap between various civil rights movements, including his historic service as the first Latino on the NAACP CEO Advisory Committee. Today, Juan continues to drive systemic change as a top-recognized Latino CEO, scaling the capacity of Latino nonprofits and fostering cross-community coalitions for long-term socio-political upliftment.
