Katharine Pichardo is a distinguished strategist and change-maker with over 25 years of experience in governmental, political, and civic leadership. Currently serving as the President & CEO of Latino Victory Project, she has dedicated her career to building political power for the Latino community and ensuring underrepresented voices are central to the nation’s policy agenda. Throughout her extensive career, which includes serving as President of the Hamilton Campaign Network and Senior VP at the MirRam Group, she has been instrumental in historic electoral victories—notably helping to elect the first Dominican-American to Congress and the first woman of color as Attorney General of New York.
