WELCOME

It is an incredible honor to serve as the National President of the League of United Latin American Citizens because our work changes Latino lives and builds Latino communities. We are a passionate community of volunteers, staff and partners, working through a nationwide network of grassroots councils to help Hispanics of all generations to help themselves.

LULAC programs tackle the most important issues for Latinos, meeting critical needs of the moment and the future. I am so proud that LULAC continues to grow and expand our presence throughout the country. With over 1,000 LULAC Councils, 60 technology centers, 14 educational counseling centers and 28 housing projects located throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, LULAC and our partners are on the front lines making a difference every day.

LULAC has accomplished a tremendous amount since our founding on February 17, 1929, yet we know that the Latino community still faces many challenges that must be addressed. I invite you to join LULAC or partner with us and become part of a dedicated and passionate community that changes lives.

Roger C. Rocha Jr.
LULAC National President
